Face to face therapy

Some people have a preference to see a therapist face to face, although we know online therapy is as effective as online sessions. (1)

Some people have an increased sense of privacy and confidentiality coming into a therapist's office, or they may find that sitting in front of a therapist actually helps them to communicate what they are thinking and feeling, helping to increase a perception of being understood.

For face-to-face sessions I am based in North London, in the N4 postcode, about a ten minute walk away from Finsbury Park tube station, or a 3 minute walk from Crouch Hill overground.
